Cut 2lbs Tomatoes into quarters
Heat 2 tbs Oil
Add
� tsp Mustard Seeds,
� tsp Cummin Seeds,
10 Curry Leaves, and
1 Onion Chopped
Fry until Onion is Golden Brown (and mustard seeds pop out)
Add
1 tsp Ginger Powder,
I tsp Garlic Powder,
1 full tsp Curry Powder,
1 tsp Tumeric,
pinch of Astfestodia,
and fry a couple of minutes more
Add
Tomato pieces,
1 tsp Salt,
� cup of water
and cook for � hr uncovered, stirring occasionally
� adding 3 tbs coconut milk halfway thru�.
