Coconut Milk Porridge

2 cups red rice (unroasted)
2 dessertspoons roasted split green gram (moong dal) 1
cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp salt
8 cups water
1. Boil water. Add the rice and green gram.
2. When rice is very soft, add coconut milk and salt.
3. Serve with coconut chutney.
